Roles & Responsibilities

  • Account Management pedigree with 3–4 years of experience in SaaS renewals or account management (AM/Renewals background; BDR/SDR or pure CSM not considered).
  • Negotiation chops: comfortable discussing pricing, navigating procurement hurdles, and influencing decision-makers.
  • Tech stack mastery: pro-level experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools; able to leverage data to tell a story.
  • Global mindset: experience working across regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM); bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

  • Internal Orchestration: Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success; drive cross-functional consensus and keep stakeholders aligned toward renewal.
  • Hunt for Growth: Identify upsell, cross-sell, and co-terming opportunities to turn renewals into strategic expansions.
  • Own the Forecast: Maintain the source of truth in Salesforce; flag churn risks early and provide leadership with a clear pipeline view.

The Role: Not Your Average Renewals Desk

We are looking for a commercial closer with a background in Account Management. You will own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a global portfolio. This requires a unique blend of "soft skills" to navigate partner relationships and a commanding presence to drive internal alignment. You’ll be the person who ensures our recurring revenue is bulletproof while navigating a high-velocity environment where change is the only constant.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Command the Commercials: Manage the full renewal cycle. You aren't just sending quotes; you’re engaging customers 90–120 days out to navigate terms, handle objections, and lock in commitments.
  • Internal Orchestration: You are the connective tissue between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success. You need the strength of character to drive cross-functional consensus, manage Account Executive (AE) expectations, and keep all stakeholders moving toward the finish line.
  • Hunt for Growth: Identify upsell, cross-sell, and co-terming opportunities. You know how to turn a standard renewal into a strategic expansion.
  • Own the Forecast: Maintain "source of truth" data in Salesforce. You’ll flag churn risks early and provide leadership with a crystal-clear view of the pipeline.
  • Navigate Complexity: Negotiate with sophisticated enterprise customers and partners, ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines and contractual obligations.

  • WHAT YOU BRING
  • Account Management Pedigree: 3–4 years of experience in SaaS renewals or AM. (Note: We are specifically seeking AM/Renewals backgrounds; BDR/SDR or pure CSM experience will not be considered for this role).
  • Negotiation Chops: You are comfortable talking money, navigating procurement hurdles, and influencing decision-makers.
  • Operational Grit: You thrive in the "fast-and-furious" stage of a company. You are detail-oriented, organized, and unbothered by shifting priorities.
  • Tech Stack Mastery: Pro-level experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools. You know how to use data to tell a story.
  • Industry Edge: Experience in Cybersecurity or Identity Management is a massive plus.
  • Global Mindset: You’re comfortable working across regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM). Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a "nice to have.
