Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the operational hub between Sales, Marketing, Creative, IT, Logistics, and Client Service teams.

  • Create detailed project briefs outlining messaging objectives, audience segments, and calls to action.

  • Manage stakeholder approvals while maintaining clarity and forward momentum.

  • Ensure alignment between communication strategy and operational realities.

Data & Optimization

  • Analyze performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, scheduling conversions, and attendance trends.

  • Identify patterns and refine segmentation and cadence to improve results.

  • Highly accountable, self-directed, and results-driven.

Requirements

  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns at scale.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or comparable platforms.

  • Experience with project management systems such as Asana.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
