ORDER MANAGEMENT & SHIPPING EXPERIENCE SR MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 7+ years of experience in order management, shipping, or logistics leadership, preferably in e-commerce
  • Proven track record building and optimizing post-purchase processes at scale
  • Experience leading ERP systems and integrations (NetSuite, Shopify) and automation initiatives
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, analytical mindset, and ability to drive customer satisfaction, NPS, and retention

Requirements:

  • Own and optimize the post-purchase experience from order execution to delivery and unboxing, eliminating backlog and inefficiencies
  • Drive global delivery performance, balancing speed, cost, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead ERP evolution and automation to build scalable, efficient systems (NetSuite, Shopify, integrations)
  • Design packaging and subscription experiences to elevate brand perception and retention, and build a high-performance team with full ownership of results

Job Responsibilities

You won’t manage processes β€” you’ll build and optimize them at scale.

  • Own the entire post-purchase experience β€” from order execution to delivery, shipping experience, and unboxing

  • Eliminate operational friction at scale: backlog, errors, backorders, partial shipments, and inefficiencies

  • Drive delivery performance globally, optimizing speed, cost, and customer satisfaction

  • Turn operations into a growth lever by improving NPS, reducing detractors, and increasing repurchase

  • Lead ERP evolution and automation (NetSuite, Shopify, integrations) to build scalable, efficient systems

  • Design packaging & subscription experiences that elevate brand perception and retention

  • Build and lead a high-performance team with full ownership of results
