As a Supervisor, External Transcription Resources, you’ll oversee the performance of the Digital Transcription Coordinator team and ensure efficient collaboration with external transcription providers. You’ll focus on optimizing workflows, enhancing communication, and maintaining high-quality transcription standards while supporting both internal teams and external partners.
This is a remote position. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and maintain a high level of organization and responsiveness.
