Analyze website pages and funnels to identify potential areas for improvement
Support the creation and optimization of landing pages together with the team
Assist in planning and running A/B tests (from hypothesis to analysis)
Work with web analytics tools (e.g., Tableau or similar) to understand user behavior
Contribute to generating data-driven hypotheses for improving conversion rates
Participate in competitor and user research to better understand audience needs
Collaborate with user acquisition, product, and development teams
1+ year of experience in CRO, product, digital marketing, design or a related field
Basic understanding of CRO principles and UX/UI fundamentals
Comfortable working with data and are motivated to grow your analytical skills
Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar)
Interested in A/B testing and experimentation, and eager to deepen your expertise in this area
Proactive, curious, and open to learning
Manage your tasks effectively and prioritize in a dynamic environment
An English level of B2 or higher (both written and spoken)
