Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and/or Kanban
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)

This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices within cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will guide teams in adopting Agile methodologies, ensure effective delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Support teams in delivering high-quality products within defined timelines
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams
Identify risks and dependencies and proactively work toward resolution
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and/or Kanban
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
Experience working with distributed or global teams
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
Background in software development or project management
