Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
Strong experience with integration, data exchange, and multi-system environments
5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, business process analysis and documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and designing and implementing complex IT solutions
