Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable digital solutions and system architectures
Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using modern technology stacks
Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver solutions
Lead architectural decisions and provide technical guidance to engineering teams
Design and manage integrations between enterprise systems and external platforms
Implement cloud-native solutions using Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings
Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
Contribute to modernization of legacy systems and digital transformation initiatives
Ensure compliance with accessibility and user experience standards
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Digital Architect OR 10+ years as a Full Stack Developer

Experience with API design and system integrations
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions)
Strong understanding of:
Microservices architecture
Event-driven systems
Domain-driven design (DDD)
Knowledge of security best practices including IAM, RBAC, and Zero Trust
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise platforms such as Dynamics 365 / PowerApps
Exposure to large-scale digital transformation or modernization projects
Experience in Agile environments and leading cross-functional teams
Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
