  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, maintain CRM data, forecast revenue, and meet quotas
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts, address objections, close deals while protecting margins, and coordinate with delivery teams for smooth onboarding and post-sale relationship management

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and consultative sales professional to join our growing team as an ERP Services & Software Sales Representative.

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while acting as a trusted advisor to prospective clients. You’ll identify business challenges, position tailored ERP and consulting solutions, and build long-term partnerships that drive meaningful business outcomes.

This is a high-impact role where your ability to generate revenue, build relationships, and navigate complex sales cycles will directly contribute to our growth across North America.

What You’ll Do

Market Development & Prospecting

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries and regions
  • Execute strategic outreach through networking, referrals, and digital channels
  • Conduct in-depth account research to understand business needs and decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with revenue targets
  • Develop relationships within partner networks to expand market presence

Consultative Sales & Solution Positioning

  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover client needs and operational gaps.
  • Position ERP services and software solutions aligned to measurable business outcomes
  • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to executive stakeholders
  • Navigate complex buying cycles and multi-stakeholder environments

Pipeline Management & Forecasting

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
  • Track activity, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasts
  • Own and deliver against individual sales targets and quotas

Negotiation & Closing

  • Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations
  • Address objections while maintaining long-term relationship value
  • Close deals efficiently while protecting margins and client experience.

Client Transition & Relationship Management

  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Maintain executive relationships post-sale to support retention and growth
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts

Strategic Contribution

  • Provide market insights on trends, competitors, and client needs
  • Contribute to sales strategy, messaging, and positioning
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and partner engagement


Requirements

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of proven success in full-cycle B2B ERP sales (services and/or software)
  • Experience selling into North American markets
  • Background in IT consulting and/or ERP ecosystems, experience in the Netsuite and Acumatica ecosystem. 
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect solutions to client outcomes
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex deals
  • Highly organized and data-driven, with CRM and pipeline management experience
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and partner events
