The Senior Account Executive – Claims is responsible for driving new business and expanding existing relationships across Solera’s Claims solutions portfolio within the Canadian market.
This role partners closely with insurance carriers and claims organizations, delivering value-driven technology solutions while navigating complex, consultative sales cycles.
This is a fully remote position based in Canada, supporting customers across multiple regions and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout North America.
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contract close for Solera’s Claims solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, claims leaders, and key stakeholders
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships
Conduct consultative product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs
Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams to deliver successful outcomes
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates
Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory considerations, and emerging challenges within the insurance and claims ecosystem
Represent Solera as a trusted advisor to customers navigating digital transformation within the claims lifecycle
6–8 years of B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales experience
Demonstrated success managing complex, consultative sales cycles
Experience selling into insurance carriers, claims organizations, or adjacent industries strongly preferred
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
Experience managing territory strategy and pipeline development
