The Senior Career Management Specialist (SCMS) role is responsible for working directly with customers and participants who purchase programs and/or participate in Career Management Programs. The SCMS is accountable for the quality of front-line service delivery, being a point of supervision and client contact for the services purchased.

This role will ensure that services delivered are consistent with quality and service standards set as well as being pro-active in informing the improvement of services or alternative ways of working to deliver maximum outcomes.

This will be a full time, permanent position based in our Sydney office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 3 days per week).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide and support participants through career change, setting clear expectations of all parties involved in a program.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the program, providers and training solutions.
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships to facilitate the successful implementation of programs.
  • Co-ordinate resource effort where required to ensure client program needs are met.
  • Deliver career management programs in line with customer purchases.
  • Ensure claim files are maintained and located as per Employers Mutual guidelines
  • Undertake regular checks, as agreed, on the delivery quality of services to customers.
  • Assist with securing client and customer feedback
  • Interpret and analyse customer feedback to develop actions and strategies that improve the programs and service offering.

ABOUT YOU

  • Must have at least 5 years’ experience within industries of either HR, Career Management or Coaching, Recruitment, Employment Placement and related fields.
  • Degree qualified in HR, Recruitment, Career Management or similar industry.
  • 2 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity managing a team or function
  • Must have a current drivers licence.
