Requirements:

  • Create and drive return-to-work (RTW) plans while liaising with stakeholders to ensure RTW outcomes
  • Collaborate with claims specialists, liability specialists and other technical and support experts to manage a portfolio of claims
  • Conduct purposeful community-based visits to worksites or medical clinics at the initial stages of a claim to deliver face-to-face assistance to workers and employers
  • Provide accurate information that is consistent and easy to understand to coach and educate employers around the health benefits and impacts of returning to work

Bring across your customer service skills and in return, you will be fully trained to manage a portfolio of injured workers who need your ongoing support. As a Mobile Claims Specialist, you will facilitate effective workplace co-ordination of a timely and safe return to work plan through personalised face-to-face assistance, promoting an injured worker’s recovery.

This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Adelaide office with the flexibility to work from home once fully trained.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong computer and records management skills
