A.C. Coy is currently seeking candidates for a Regional Vice President role. This individual will drive operational excellence across warehousing, fleet, and service delivery functions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A key part of this role is regular overnight travel to visit regional locations.

 

Our ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in multi-site or territory operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in distribution, logistics, or supply chain services.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: This senior level role will be on the ground floor developing and executing operational and commercial strategies that align with company goals across multiple assigned territories.  These strategies will have a strategic impact in driving operational excellence throughout the organization
  • P&L Management: Responsible for managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling costs across half of the U.S. while maintaining complete accountability for profit and loss performance
  • Leadership Development: Lead, mentor, and support a team of 4 Territory Directors, approximately 75+ Branch and Hub Managers and 400-600 associates, ensuring high performance and continuous development
  • Operational Excellence: Drive process improvements, ensure compliance with policies, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and service delivery
  • Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and risk mitigation strategies are effectively implemented
  • Strategic Sales and Relationship Management: Sales and relationship-driven leader with the ability to deeply understand customer needs and effectively apply sales techniques, delivering tailored value propositions that resonate from sole proprietors to national accounts
  • Executive Collaboration: Collaboration with the senior executives and other departments such as Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, etc. will provide how important this role’s influence will play in setting our broader organizational goals and its importance in aligning territory operations with our company’s strategic vision
  • Performance Metrics: Should possess the capability to thoroughly analyze extensive data across the operations network and contribute to developing accurate KPI metrics that drive enhanced performance
  • Customer Relationships: Strengthen partnerships with key commercial accounts, installers, and franchisees through reliable service and quick resolution of escalations
  • Process Improvement: Implement standardized SOPs across locations and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage inventory management software, telematics, and ERP systems to drive visibility and decision-making
Qualifications:

Required:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in multi-site or territory operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in distribution, logistics, or automotive services
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operational challenges across diverse regions.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management and strategic planning
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP tools
  • Ability to travel up to 80%

Preferred:

  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is highly desired
  • MBA or advanced certification (e.g., ASCM, Six Sigma)
