Job description

Overview:

Location: Remote - Local to Exton, PA
Job Type: Full Time / 3M Contract
Work Authorization: No C2C or Sponsorship

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a 3 Month contract role for an AP Specialist. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience using Sage Intacct.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process invoices using Sage Intacct
Properly code within the general ledger
Process ACH transactions
Review documents for accuracy

2+ years of RECENT Accounts Payable experience using Intacct
Experience in QuickBooks Online preferred
