Job Title: Sales Operations / GTM Data Governance Analyst

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 6 Months+ (Possibility of Extension)

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Work Hours: PST

Location: 100% Remote - (Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM Countries)


Team Overview

Our Client's GTM Data Governance team is responsible for the managing, rule creation, and structuring of our GTM data. The GTM Data Governance team at client works to establish standards, ownership, and processes of data to increase revenue, reduce cost and increase productivity. We are looking for a self-starter to join our team who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, managing data operational functions within CRM, and solving problems with limited oversight. In this operational role supporting the GTM Sales and Marketing teams, you will fill a critical role across our Global Ops disciplines.

Project Description

This role has a high level of accountability, dynamism, and standards for speed and quality. This role will be managing many large, evolving sets of data; need to learn complex data tables; and generate and manage net new reporting and dashboards. This person will be seen as the thought leader for the team for data governance and hygiene for account lists that will be used by crucial stakeholders, SFDC management of large initiatives, and regular reporting that informs key business decisions

Duties/Day to Day Overview
  • Manage data for marketing campaigns within Salesforce
  • Own the sales-play list execution from start to finish, including data matching, enriching, reporting, and ongoing maintenance
  • Work with Data Quality Lead to establish best practices for resolving data issues and root cause analysis
  • Develop materials and standards for improving data management within the client CRM environment
  • Contribute to the GTM Data Governance council best practices and inform on insights of how to solve for complex data challenges
  • Establish repeatable data operational procedures that can be leveraged by internal GTM teams
  • Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to support analysis & planning using internal data
  • Support the team in efforts to combine internal data with third party information to generate new insights for the Sales and Marketing functions
  • Develop an understanding of the underlying data architecture supporting Sales and Marketing and how it is used to manage Go-To-Market functions
Top Requirements (Must haves)
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • At least 6-8 years of work experience
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, aggregate large amounts of data, and conduct required analyses
  • Expertise in campaign, target, and list management in Salesforce
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce: managing data loads, understanding of objects, object relations, and data management
  • SQL Experience is a hard requirement. Need to be proficient in SQL
  • Quantifiable benchmark for SQL fluency. Writing queries from scratch
  • Experience using Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
  • Proactive/Self-Starter type of attitude
  • Drive and lead projects/initiatives
  • Provide Perspective and opinion and execute
  • Follow through on managerial asks
  • Deliver on more analytical reporting: SQL, Excel, Salesforce, etc..
  • Sales Ops/Marketing Ops Analyst
  • Strong Salesforce experience developing dashboards, developing insights, and communicating with various stakeholders
  • Willingness to manage a variety of stakeholder needs and reflect those in reports, dashboards
  • High attention to detail and quality when managing large dynamic data sets
  • Patience and appetite to manage messy data, ad-hoc data clean up and formatting requests, and complex tracking of SFDC campaigns
Additional Qualifications
  • Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company
  • Prior experience in the payments industry
  • Working directly with enrichment tools like ZoomInfo, D&B Optimizer, Salesloft, or HubSpot
  • D&B Optimizer – continuously manages data quality inside your Salesforce environment and ensures the data is clean, complete and actionable
  • Work experience with Salesforce Cases
  • Case management system lets a company collect and organize customer service interactions
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, SQL, Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups
