Experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Workday Benefits configuration and support
Strong knowledge of Workday Benefits configuration, including benefits plans, eligibility rules, and deductions
Experience creating and executing test cases and coordinating with HR teams (Brazil) to complete testing
Remote work from Brazil is acceptable; Portuguese language proficiency is a plus
Requirements:
Build and configure Workday Benefits components (plans, eligibility rules, deductions) in the Workday Benefits space as the sole owner for 2-3 builds
Test configurations by creating test cases, coordinate with the Brazil HR team to complete testing, and implement post-testing corrections
Move configuration changes from one Workday tenant to another and maintain accompanying documentation

2-3 builds, sole person building the plans, eligibility rules, deductions within Workday benefits space
Testing, create test cases, Brazil HR team to complete, corrections post testing, and moving config from tenant to tenant and documentation
