Senior Benefits Product Manager

Role: Senior Benefits Product Manager
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in India or LATAM Countries)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors to ensure the timelines and deadlines are met
• Manage end to end- gap analysis- coming up with solution, design high level integrations.
• Define the data needed to feed into the Benefits application
• Needs to have functional knowledge and understanding of benefits terminology
• Understand, document and communicate impact of configuration changes to global business processes and system users
• Provide documentation and artifacts required for each phase of the development life cycle
• Develop test cases and peer review code of other developers
• Provide production support and respond to issues and incidents in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with technical best practices, standards and policies
  *Knowledge of Darwin is a Plus
• Develop and modify reports to help the business in their metric and analytical needs for decision making
• Conduct quality assurance & integration testing to ensure all business requirements have been met
