The Science Team at Russell Tobin is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for “Demand Planner”
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts with a focus on accuracy and objectivity
Analyze monthly sales performance against forecasts to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Adjust demand plans based on historical data, market trends, and business insights
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to review and refine forecasts
Participate in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies impacting forecast quality
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to forecast accuracy and demand variability
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain planning process
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
Prior experience in demand planning, supply chain, or forecasting roles
Additional Information
Pay Rate: $23–26/hour
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 12 months contract
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
