Job description


Russell Tobin is hiring a Remote SDS Consultant to support our client's HEDIS review project for the 2026 season (December 2025/January 2026 to April/May 2025). 

Responsibilities: 
  • Reviewing and editing Section 5 audit documentation to ensure successful auditor approval of supplemental data sources.
  • Preparing and/or reviewing supplemental data audit documentation
  • Review/provide feedback, suggest edits for Section 5 documentation.
  • Communicate and follow up that recommendations have been implemented in Section 5.
  • Assist with primary source verification activities (chart reviews) for non-standard supplemental sources.
  • Data entry into SDS tool for PSV and Section 5 tracking/resolution (including auditor issue logs).
Qualifications: 
  • HEDIS audit experience (preferably with Section 5 and supplemental data sources)
  • Attention to detail, effective communication and responsiveness, abilty to quickly learn and adapt.
  • Reliable hardwired high-speed internet access (no Wi-Fi) required.
  • Private US-based in-home office that follows HIPAA regulations required.

Training Schedule: 2 weeks of 6 hours daily anticipated
Post Training Schedule: 9am-5pm day (ET or CT)
Pay Range: $35-45/hour
