📝 Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for clients: handling calls, emails, and general coordination.
Manage attorneys’ and paralegals’ calendars (meetings, calls, key dates, Zoom).
Maintain organized digital files and assist with basic document preparation.
Support administrative tasks (data entry, scanning, correspondence, e-filing as instructed).
Collaborate with attorneys, clients, lenders, and third parties to ensure timely follow-up.
