Minimum 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Senior Virtual Assistant.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience supporting business owners or senior leaders.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Requirements:
Manage daily administrative tasks supporting leadership, including monitoring emails, calendar management, and coordination of internal communications and documentation.
Support recruitment processes by sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding documentation.
Oversee marketing support and social media activities, including content creation, scheduling posts, preparing captions, and assisting with email campaigns and client communications.
Maintain operational efficiency through stock/inventory management, SOPs, digital filing systems, and onboarding/training resources.
