Responsibilities:
Provide customer support in Polish via phone
Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product-related questions
Accurately document and maintain records of customer interactions and solutions
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
Requirements:
Fluent in Polish (written and spoken)
Intermediate to advanced level of English
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
