Experience in full-cycle recruitment or active talent sourcing
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, contract-based role

Requirements:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for assigned roles
Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
Maintain and nurture a diverse candidate pipeline and provide regular progress updates
