A day in the life.

As our Data Analytics Coordinator, you’ll be a data-driven numbers expert dedicated to supporting the Analytics team’s success. You’ll analyze detailed claim and utilization data, prepare timely and accurate reports, and present findings in clear, actionable formats aligned with our brand. You’ll maintain reporting schedules, assist in refining analytical tools, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service. Your passion for numbers and analytical mindset will help drive continuous improvement and create value for our clients.

  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for working with numbers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Experience managing time and prioritizing workload efficiently
  • A collaborative mindset to build successful working relationships

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • BS/BA degree in business, finance, or a related field
  •  1-3 years of experience in financial analytics or related fields
  • Life/Health license upon hire, as appropriate for the role

The applicable base salary range for this role is $38,300 to $71,400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
