  • Drive change enablement and adoption of EH practices through training, expectations, accountability, and scalable improvements; guide EH Champions
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and deliver executive-ready reports/dashboards in collaboration with Operations and Technology; lead a small, high-impact team

This resource will be responsible for owning the strategy, governance, and execution of Engagement Health (EH), a program designed to support Healthcare engagements in achieving positive outcomes for our clients and teams. This individual will partner with senior leaders to ensure complex engagements deliver strong client outcomes, contribute heavily to the design and implementation of the enterprise Engagement Delivery Excellence (EDE) initiative, and should operate with a dual healthcare/enterprise lens, independent judgment, and influence across capabilities to drive adoption and accountability.

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Engagement Delivery Excellence (EDE) 

  • Provide input and influence design standards for the remaining EDE workstreams, including Delivery Success Forums, QA, and Post-Project Wrap-Up  

  • Ensure successful execution, change management, and transition to enterprise EDE processes and standards in the Healthcare Industry/Capability.  

  • Contribute to vision for future resourcing enterprise EDE resourcing. 

Executive Partnership & Judgment 

  • Advise Managing Directors and Principals through synthesis of engagement insights and enterprise themes. 

  • Exercise sound judgment in complex situations, including escalation and senior leader engagement. 

  • Present to executive teams at the industry, business unit, and/or capability level on themes, risks, and opportunities identified. 

Change & Enablement 

  • Drive adoption of EH practices through influence, training, clear expectations, and accountability. 

  • Direct continuous improvement at scale by simplifying workflows, standardizing best practices, and ensuring adoption 

  • Guide and partner with EH Champions, who are responsible for capturing themes and driving change within respective capabilities. 

Insights & Analytics 

  • Translate qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., QA feedback, Project Health, EH meeting discussions) into actionable insights. 

  • Partner with Operations and Technology teams to deliver executive-ready reporting and dashboards. 

People & Stakeholder Leadership 

  • Lead and develop a small, high-impact team through coaching and performance management. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed engagement insights into delivery and talent processes 

 

Candidate Requirements: 

 

  • 7+ years in consulting or professional services with senior leadership experience. 

  • Demonstrated ability to influence executives, navigate ambiguity, and proactively manage risks 

  • Strong analytical, communication, and executive storytelling skills. 

  • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency; Power BI and Smartsheet experience preferred. 

  • Ability to adopt and champion modern tooling (analytics, dashboards, AI-assisted workflows) to scale insights and improve decision-making. 

  • Proven ability to lead and deliver results across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, global enterprise, including driving change across distributed stakeholder groups 

  • Candidates may live anywhere in the contiguous U.S.; this is a nonbillable, no-travel role

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • US work authorization required

The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $205,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $181,250- $276,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
