Role Summary
You will be responsible for owning and expanding Vi’s most strategic enterprise client relationships through a highly strategic, performance-driven lens. This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, omni-channel media execution, SaaS platform management, and strategic audience targeting, ensuring that Vi’s audience generation and performance marketing solutions deliver measurable business impact.
You will serve as the primary technical and commercial partner to senior client stakeholders, including VP- and C-level executives, guiding them through complex digital media strategies, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
This role works closely with Vi’s Account Management, New Business, Client Performance, and Product teams to ensure technical execution aligns with commercial strategy and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Digital Marketing Leadership
- Guide clients on omni-channel digital media planning, including interaction with ideal audiences, channel mix, budget allocation, and performance tradeoffs
- Advise on performance marketing strategies across paid social media, paid search, programmatic, and native advertising
- Serve as a trusted advisor on how data, targeting, and measurement drive scalable growth
Program Advocacy & Customer Success
- Proactive Risk Mitigation: Implement Strategies to proactively identify issues either in-platform or with our strategy before they become client facing problems
- Escalation Point: Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues that threaten client adoption
- Client Roadmap: Oversee the creation and execution of roadmaps and ensure integration
Data-Driven Storytelling & Visualization
- Leverage performance data and data visualization tools to tell clear, compelling stories to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Translate complex analytics into actionable insights that influence executive decision-making
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Account Management, Client Performance, Media, Analytics, and Product teams to align execution with client expectations
- Advocate for client needs internally while balancing operational realities and product direction
What We’re Looking For
Deep Performance Marketing Expertise
- Strong background in digital media planning and buying, performance marketing, and audience generation
- Comfort advising on omnichannel strategies, attribution, measurement frameworks, and optimization
Performance Based Mindset & Analytical Fluency
- Ability to clearly define success metrics per client, and ensure measurement is in place for optimal tracking
- High technical aptitude with data visualization and analytics tools
- Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate complex performance and audience data
Client-Facing Leadership
- Extensive experience working directly with VP- and C-suite stakeholders
