Procure to Pay Processor

岗位职责：
1.负责应付账款管理和核对，长账龄跟进解决和问题沟通，确保账务清晰准确无误.
2.负责采购到付款以及员工报销性政策解读，针对政策变化向业务团队进行宣讲，有良好的文字和沟通能力.
3.负责团队管理及日常、月结工作安排，具有较强的组织和协调能力，能够高效完成自我及团队工作安排.
4.SLA相关数据收集及统计，确认数据及时性和准确性，针对问题条目跟踪解决.
5.熟练使用财务软件（SAP）和办公软件（如Excel）， SAP经验优先
6.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
7. 能够灵活应对客户的业务要求
8. 有责任心，能够承受一定的工作压力，对BPO行业了解，希望未来长期稳定在BPO行业发展

招聘要求：
1.财务、会计相关专业优先或财务工作经验
2.具备3年以上应付账款相关工作经验，熟悉企业付款或差旅报销流程优先
3.英文读写，能够熟练使用英文界面和系统及回复客户邮件
4.具备良好的沟通协调能力，能熟练运用办公软件；有SAP经验优先
5.工作细心、认真负责，具备较强的团队合作精神
6.具备一定的抗压能力，能适应快节奏的工作环境
