We are seeking a highly technical Senior Developer Relations Manager to join NVIDIA’s Retail team, focused on digital commerce. In this role, you will lead engagement with AI-native startups and software partners building next-generation retail applications. You will work directly with developers to help them build, optimize, and scale agentic AI solutions on NVIDIA! Identify high-potential AI-native retail startups and work hands-on with their developers to integrate NVIDIA’s software stack—including Nemotron models, Nemo Microservices, and NemoClaw—into their platforms. You will help improve performance, reduce inference cost, and accelerate production deployment of agentic AI applications.
What you'll be doing:
Act as the technical point of contact for startups and developers building agentic, multi-modal applications—or adding AI agents to existing platforms.
Engage with developers to use NVIDIA’s Agentic AI stack—including Nemo Microservices, Nemo Agent Toolkit, Dynamo, Nemotron models, and CUDA-accelerated pipelines—to improve performance and scalability.
Build and deliver sample applications, tutorials, and technical content that showcase protocols for LLMs and agentic workflows.
Represent the voice of the developer by gathering feedback and influencing NVIDIA’s product roadmap and developer experience.
Support startups through integration and certification within NVIDIA partner programs.
Represent NVIDIA at industry events, developer meetups, VC forums, and hackathons to identify emerging startups and evangelize our Agentic AI strategy.
Partner with the Retail team to support startup go-to-market through strategic partnerships and participation in NVIDIA-led events.
What we need to see:
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
12+ years in Developer Relations, AI engineering, startup technical roles, or technical alliances.
Hands-on experience building agent-based systems using frontier and open-source models (e.g., OpenAI, Mistral, Llama, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG pipelines).
Strong proficiency in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux-based environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, memory architectures, and agent orchestration frameworks.
Proven ability to build and scale developer communities and drive adoption through technical programs.
Familiarity with NVIDIA technologies (NeMo, Nemotron, CUDA) and GPU-accelerated AI development.
