  • Define the roadmap for scalable partner marketing programs that support Avalara’s global growth and design/implement innovative programs to enhance demand generation and marketing execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and partner teams to align initiatives with business goals and stay ahead of marketing technology, automation, and AI trends to improve partner engagement.
  • Promote programs to targeted partners through enablement and targeted email campaigns; manage daily communications and operations for existing and new lead generation programs across global teams; leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and data accuracy.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to track performance; educate and enable internal and external teams to adopt new programs and processes; manage MDF inbox, requests, and claims in compliance with global standards.

Avalara is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Programs Manager based in Brazil to join our global Partner Marketing team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across the U.S. and Brazil to design, launch, and manage strategic marketing programs that help partners grow with Avalara. #LI-Remote

 

You’ll work across both strategy and execution—building scalable marketing programs, streamlining workflows, and integrating AI-driven automation to create smarter, more efficient partner engagement. This is a high-impact opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives in a global environment and enjoys working with leading U.S. companies.

 

As a key member of Avalara’s Partner Marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our global partner ecosystem by leading programs that drive engagement, enablement, and measurable business growth.

 

You will report into the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing Experience and work remotely in Brazil.

Quais serão as suas responsabilidades:

Program Strategy & Leadership

  • Define the roadmap for scalable partner marketing programs that support Avalara’s global growth strategy.
  • Design and implement innovative programs that enhance demand generation and marketing execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and partner teams to align initiatives with Avalara’s business goals.
  • Stay ahead of marketing technology, automation, and AI trends to continually improve partner engagement.

 

Program Execution & Optimization

  • Promote programs to targeted partners through internal enablement and targeted email campaigns.
  • Manage daily communications and operations for existing and new lead generation programs, ensuring smooth coordination across global teams.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize workflows, increase data accuracy, and surface actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to track performance, optimize campaigns, and enhance global visibility.
  • Educate and enable both internal and external teams to successfully adopt new programs and processes.

 

Operational Excellence

  • Manage the Market Development Fund (MDF) inbox, requests, and claims, ensuring compliance with global standards.
  • Coordinate workflows and reporting across systems including Salesforce, PRM platforms (MindMatrix, Zift, or similar), Workfront, and Jira.
  • Implement AI-powered process automation to improve program speed, scalability, and consistency.
