Title: Independent Contractor – CPT-10824 Lead Generation & Outreach Virtual Assistant/Business Support/Junior-Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

This construction company is looking for a Business Support Virtual Assistant to help generate more sales opportunities for the renovation side of the business. The client mainly handles kitchen renovations, home remodels, and mid-sized construction projects, and needs support in the early stages of business development — specifically researching potential leads, reaching out, and helping set appointments with prospective customers.

This role is best suited for someone with lead generation and outbound calling experience, preferably in construction, home services, or similar project-based industries. Since the client is still refining the outreach process, this position should be viewed as a practical starting point: helping identify leads, making contact, and supporting the client in building a more consistent sales flow over time.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Lead Research & Prospecting

  • Research potential residential and light commercial renovation leads.
  • Help identify property owners, neighborhoods, or target groups that may be a fit for renovation services.
  • Build simple prospecting lists for outreach efforts.

Outbound Calling & Outreach

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads.
  • Introduce the company’s renovation services and attempt to generate interest.
  • Help move promising prospects toward a phone call or meeting with the client.

Appointment Setting

  • Schedule appointments or consultation calls with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain organized notes on outreach activity and responses.

Sales Support

  • Assist with basic follow-up efforts to keep prospects moving.
  • Help organize and track who has been contacted and what next steps are needed.


    Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.


    Skills

    The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

    • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, or outbound calling
    • Experience in construction, renovations, or similar service businesses is a plus
    • Strong verbal English communication skills
    • Able to research leads and maintain organized tracking
    • Comfortable setting appointments and supporting follow-up efforts

    • Self-directed and able to work with broad direction
    • Ideally has experience supporting construction, renovation, or home service businesses

    Work Schedule

    • Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
    • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
    • Daily Working Time: TBD EST

    Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

    Terms of Engagement

    • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
    • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
    • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
