Job Description: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this position, you'll connect with key decision-makers, generate new opportunities, and play a critical role in driving pipeline growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold, multi-channel outreach to prospective clients
Identify and qualify leads through proactive research and direct engagement
Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Schedule meetings that generate qualified pipeline
Facilitate smooth handoffs to Account Executives or Client Partners to maintain deal momentum
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and events teams on targeted campaign strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation, particularly with technical stakeholders
Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales tools
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities
Familiarity with data-driven, AI development, or digital transformation solutions
Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex technical or service-based offerings
Strong curiosity and discovery skills to understand prospect needs and qualify opportunities effectively
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve
Salary: $90k-$100k + OTB
