Paid Search Specialist (Remote)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of experience in paid search / PPC across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns with measurable ROAS growth
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and dashboards
  • Familiarity with keyword research, bid management, ad copy writing, and landing page optimization; ability to manage budgets and ensure spend within limits

Requirements:

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple search platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Naver, etc.) in line with Paid Search / Acquisition strategy and targets.
  • Perform keyword research and bid management, including adding PPC keywords and negative keywords, and optimize bidding at keyword, device, geographic, and demographic levels.
  • Monitor performance, manage budgets, optimize ROAS, and generate weekly/monthly reports with KPIs, insights, and opportunities; maintain metrics like Quality Score and impression share.
  • Write engaging ad copy and optimize landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates, while ensuring cross-channel alignment and collaboration with other performance marketing specialists.

The Team and Role:

The Marketing Team is responsible for all digital interactions with our customers (parents and students), from digital marketing through to onsite experiences and after-sale onboarding. We have big ambitions to transform our customers’ digital experience with easy, engaging journeys, and find new ways to connect them to more of what they love. The team totals around 50+ people and include a wide range of expertise across marketing, UX, UI, technical development and journey management.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Paid Search Specialist to join the Performance Marketing Team.

You Will :

Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channels according to Paid Search / Acquisition strategy and targets across a number of search platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Bing, Naver, etc.)

Keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)

Optimize bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels

Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share and other important metrics etc.)

Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates

Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators

Manage and edit campaign budgets and adjusting bids to optimize ROAS,

Track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement or more efficient spend and sustain growth

Report KPIs to the rest of the team on a regular basis via various dashboards.

Ensure campaigns are aligned across multiple channels, avoiding wasted spend or crossover.

Work alongside other Performance marketers working on different channels and/or geo (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Affiliate marketing, etc.) to meet our business goals.

Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with all active Search Platforms
