Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as a Growth/Product Manager or similar, leading end-to-end optimization of sign-up-to-purchase funnels.
  • Strong CRO mindset with a track record of prototyping and launching new product experiences that drive revenue.
  • Data-driven with expertise in translating analytics into actionable product features; ability to identify funnel leaks and drive improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, and Operations; entrepreneurial, growth-focused leader.

Requirements:

  • Prototype, test and implement new funnel approaches across the customer journey, reviewing all flows to minimize friction and shorten time-to-value.
  • Design and test trial experiences and product mixes to deliver consistent Aha moments and boost sales, owning the conversion engine from sign-up to trial completion.
  • Drive activation journeys by matching users to the right subscription tiers and value propositions, maximizing upsell opportunities and improving ARPU and LTV.
  • Partner with Marketing, CRM, and Operations to align acquisition strategies with high-converting customer journeys.

Job description

NovaKid is a global leader in online English education for children aged 4–12, serving 100000+ students across 50+ countries. We are looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager who is also an entrepreneur at heart, someone who can reinvigorate funnels while simultaneously prototyping and launching entirely new product experiences.

We don’t just want someone to manage a roadmap; we want a "Growth CEO" who can reinvent the high-stakes journey from initial sign-up to the first "Aha!" moment and the first purchase.

Your goal is to own the most critical window of the customer lifecycle: a potential customer experiencing our product for the first time and the subsequent choice to purchase a subscription. This includes the journey to the trial, the trial experience, the payment windows, the product mix, pricing and CRM control. 

We are looking for a candidate who applies CRO principles not just for incremental gains, but to prototype entirely new ways for parents to discover, experience, and purchase our services.

What you’ll do

  • Prototype, test and implement new funnel approaches. You won't just "tweak" the journey from a customer becoming a lead to making a purchase; you will review all flows to eliminate friction and shorten the time-to-value. 

  • You will expertly translate data to identify "leaks" in the funnel and turn those insights into high-impact product features.

  • Design and test trial experiences and product mixes that deliver consistent “Aha moments” to more customers leading to significant sales boosts. You will own the conversion engine from sign-up to the completion of the trial.

  • Activation journeys aren’t just about conversion. You will drive revenue by matching users with the right subscription tiers and value propositions. You will maximise upsell opportunities and ensure customers are matched with the optimal products to not only positively affect ARPU, but also boost LTV.

  • Partner with diverse teams (Marketing, CRM, Operations) to align acquisition strategies with the highest-converting customer journeys.
