Roles & Responsibilities

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven consultative selling track record (enterprise and mid-market).
  • Deep knowledge of Spain's retail and e-commerce landscape, including market dynamics, key players, buying cycles, and value drivers for retailers and brands.
  • Fluent Spanish (native or near-native) with demonstrated ability to lead complex deals end-to-end and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Autonomous, remote/async-capable self-starter comfortable with modern sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Slack, Zoom) and building strong customer partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Own and drive revenue growth across the Spain region, aiming to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Lead end-to-end sales of complex enterprise and mid-market deals, from pipeline development to close.
  • Translate customer pain points into business outcomes and establish long-term partnerships with retailers and brands in Spain.
  • Operate in a fully remote, async environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining accurate forecasts using tools like HubSpot, Slack, and Zoom.

As we continue to grow in key European markets, including Spain, we’re seeking a Spanish-speaking Sales Director to own and drive revenue across this region.

This role is for you if you…

  • You have 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in SaaS and consultative selling.

  • You are very senior in the Spanish retail and e-commerce landscape — you understand market dynamics, key players, buying cycles, and what drives value for retailers and brands in Spain.

  • You speak and write fluent Spanish (native or near-native) — this is non-negotiable.

  • You have proven experience leading complex enterprise and mid-market deals end-to-end, from pipeline build to close.

  • You’ve consistently hit and exceeded revenue targets in competitive markets.

  • You are a strategic thinker who can translate customer pain into business outcomes and long-term partnerships.

  • You’re comfortable working fully remote and async, using tools like HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and modern sales enablement stacks.

  • You’re a self-starter who thrives on ownership, pace, and building something bigger than yourself.
