Roles & Responsibilities

Extensive experience as an in-house Senior Legal Counsel focusing on IT, data protection, and commercial law in an international environment
Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex B2B, SaaS, and data protection agreements
Ability to develop and improve contract standards and legal processes; strong advisory and pragmatic problem-solving skills
Excellent German and English language skills; strong collaboration abilities; able to work remotely in selected EU countries

Requirements:

Provide legal support on IT, data protection, and commercial law matters in an international business context
Negotiate and shape complex B2B, SaaS, and data protection contracts; ensure terms protect the company's interests
Advise internal stakeholders pragmatically and solution-oriented; act as a sparring partner bridging legal and business teams
Develop and improve contract standards and legal processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Job description

Als Senior Legal Counsel (m/w/d) bist du Teil unseres Legal Teams und unterstützt das Business bei rechtlichen Fragestellungen mit Fokus auf IT-, Datenschutz- und Wirtschaftsrecht in einem internationalen Umfeld – unabhängig von deinem Standort.

Du verhandelst und gestaltest komplexe B2B-, SaaS- und Datenschutzverträge und berätst unsere internen Stakeholder pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert. Gleichzeitig bringst du deine Expertise ein, um Vertragsstandards und rechtliche Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln.

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams agierst du als Sparringspartner für das Business und verbindest juristische Expertise mit einem klaren unternehmerischen Blick. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind dabei essenziell.
