Roles & Responsibilities

Extensive experience as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent, leading cross-functional programs spanning Engineering, Product, QA, Platform teams, and external partners.
Strong domain knowledge in checkout and payments, with focus on reliability, scalability, regulatory compliance, risk management and customer trust.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to translate business goals into actionable initiatives, manage dependencies and drive alignment across multiple teams.
Proven ability to orchestrate complex system changes in a fast-moving environment, prioritize initiatives, and enable teams to deliver with clarity, safety and predictability.

Requirements:

Lead cross-functional programs at the core of the commercial transaction flow for Checkout & Payments, ensuring reliable and planable delivery.
Bridge Engineering, Product, QA, Platform teams and external partners to align on goals, scope, timelines, and dependencies.
Ensure Checkout and Payment experiences are scalable, compliant with regulatory requirements, and resilient.

Als Technical Program Manager – Checkout & Payments (m/w/d) leitest du cross-funktionale Programme im Kern des kommerziellen Transaktionsflusses von Shopware. Du verbindest Engineering, Product, QA, Plattform-Teams sowie externe Partner, um eine zuverlässige und planbare Umsetzung von Initiativen sicherzustellen, die sich direkt auf Umsatz, Conversion und Kundenvertrauen auswirken. Deine Mission ist es, sicherzustellen, dass die Checkout- und Payment-Erlebnisse von Shopware skalierbar, regelkonform und resilient sind – und gleichzeitig Teams dabei zu befähigen, komplexe Veränderungen mit Klarheit und Sicherheit umzusetzen.
