Requirements:

Lead design and development of Java-based microservices using Java 11+ and Spring Boot
Architect and implement data access with Hibernate/JPA and PostgreSQL
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and manage delivery
Mentor developers and ensure code quality, CI/CD, and integration with AWS, messaging (AMQP/RabbitMQ/SQS), OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, and Camunda as applicable
