AI Engineer

Job Title: AI Engineer (Senior & Mid-Level) Location: Remote Experience Required: Senior AI Engineer: 5+ years AI Engineer (Mid-Level): 3+ years Reporting To: Technical Lead / Program Manager AI Initiatives.

Role Overview: We are looking for two AI Engineersa Senior and a Mid-Levelto join our growing AI initiative. The selected candidates will be embedded into clients development team and will focus on designing and building intelligent AI components that interpret complex datasets and provide actionable outputs. While UI/UX and core backend development will be handled by our internal team, your role will primarily revolve around AI/ML model development, data analysis, and intelligent information delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and implement AI-driven solutions aligned with business use cases, including but not limited to LLM (Large Language Model) integration and intelligent search capabilities. Work with frameworks like LangChain, LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT/OpenAI), AutoGen, or similar to enable advanced data interpretation and decision-making functionalities. Develop systems for data ingestion, transformation, and contextual response generation using Python-based AI tools. Collaborate with internal backend (Laravel 8) and frontend (Angular 17) teams to align AI components with application workflows. Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability through testing, validation, and tuning. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes. Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and data-driven automation. 

Required Skills & Experience: Senior AI Engineer (5+ years): Strong experience in Python with deep understanding of AI/ML libraries such as LangChain, Transformers, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Proven expertise working with LLMs and developing intelligent agents or chat-based systems. Experience building agentic AI frameworks or integrating AI models into production systems. Knowledge of working with structured/unstructured data, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows. Familiarity with MLOps tools and workflows is a plus. Exposure to backend integration with APIs or microservices is advantageous. 

AI Engineer (Mid-Level 3+ years): Solid hands-on experience in Python-based AI/ML development. Familiarity with integrating or fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI pipelines. Working knowledge of tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks. Ability to collaborate with senior engineers, follow architecture guidelines, and deliver production-grade code.

Nice to Have: Understanding of backend technologies like Laravel (PHP) and frontend frameworks like Angular for basic collaboration. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying models. Prior exposure to business process automation or enterprise SaaS platforms.
