About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Delivery Consulting Engineer to support the validation, integration, and delivery of complex, customer-specific network solutions.

This is a highly technical, hands-on, and customer-facing role, ideal for a senior network engineer who enjoys working closely with customers, validating designs, troubleshooting complex scenarios, and ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of next-generation network technologies.

You’ll work closely with internal engineering teams, solution architects, and customer stakeholders to ensure solutions are properly validated and delivered in line with customer requirements.


What You Will Do

  • Plan and execute solution validation activities in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Implement and integrate complex network platforms and technologies in laboratory environments

  • Validate architectures, develop test plans, and document results clearly

  • Troubleshoot complex network issues across routing, switching, VPN, and MPLS environments

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify issues and drive successful solution delivery

  • Act as a technical point of contact for customers during solution validation and delivery phases


Requirements (Must-Have)

  • +5 years experience working with Catalyst 8ks, ASRs and ISR. Plus good understanding and experience with Cisco IOS-XE and IOS-XR

  • Strong customer-facing experience, comfortable working directly with technical stakeholders

  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex enterprise or service provider network environments

  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Cisco IOS-XE and IOS-XR

  • Solid understanding of Layer 2 switching, Layer 3 routing, and routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP)

  • Practical experience with VPN technologies (IPsec, DMVPN, IKE/ISAKMP) and MPLS

  • Strong understanding of network services such as NAT, QoS, SNMP, and TACACS

  • Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English, comfortable in customer meetings and technical documentation


Nice to Have

  • Basic working knowledge of YANG models, configuration management, APIs, and operational models

  • Some experience with automation or orchestration tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform)

  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or service provider network deployments

  • Familiarity with network management and monitoring tools

  • Exposure to solution design concepts such as DMVPN and hub-and-spoke topologies

  • CCNA or CCNP level certification

  • Experience using industry network testing tools such as Spirent or Ixia
