React Senior Developer | LATAM | 100% Remote

We’re partnering with a company that supports clients in the U.S. by building modern business applications on top of the Microsoft ecosystem. They are looking for a Senior Front-end React Developer (PCFs) + .NET to join this exciting initiative and help build scalable, high-performing solutions.

As a Senior Front-end React Developer, you will design and develop rich user interfaces using React.js and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), integrate with backend services built on .NET, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure the performance, reliability, and quality of all front-end components. For very senior profiles, there is also the possibility to take on a front-end team leadership role, mentoring developers and helping define technical direction.

🚀 Required Qualifications:

• Advanced English level (B2+ / C1).
• 7–8+ years of experience as a Front-end or Full-stack Developer working with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with HTML and CSS.
• Experience working with .NET / C# and APIs on the backend.

🚀 Nice to Have:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps).

• Hands-on experience with PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) development.

• Azure or Dynamics certifications.
• Experience leading or mentoring front-end teams and contributing to architectural decisions.
