Overview:

One Identity helps customers manage identities, secure privileged access, and streamline governance across hybrid environments. Our Professional Services team delivers implementations and enables customer teams to operate solutions successfully.

 

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant focused on Active Roles. You will implement and configure solutions, support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to documentation and customer enablement. The role is a strong entry to mid-level track with room to grow into additional One Identity technologies

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Active Roles in enterprise environments
  • Support requirements workshops and translate outcomes into actionable configuration and delivery tasks
  • Build and validate integrations (AD, LDAP, APIs, basic infrastructure dependencies)
  • Execute testing, troubleshooting, and operational readiness steps
  • Produce clear handover documentation and run knowledge transfer sessions
  • Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and continuous improvement of delivery quality
Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in Windows, AD, identity-related tooling, or enterprise software delivery
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to documentation
  • Customer-facing communication skills and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup with good task prioritization
  • Exposure to IAM concepts is a plus, willingness to learn is required
