The Seasonal, Lead Virtual Tax Professional leads a remote team of Virtual Tax Professionals dedicated to delivering Second Look reviews, resolving complex tax issues, and driving exceptional client outcomes. This role emphasizes virtual leadership, tax expertise, quality assurance, and team performance coaching.

Day to day, you'll...

  • Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal Virtual Tax Professionals
  • Deliver training on tax policies, Second Look methodology, transcript analysis, virtual platforms, and workflow systems
  • Create, manage, and adjust team schedules
  • Monitor attendance and compliance
  • Review metrics and provide coaching
  • Foster a collaborative virtual work environment
  • Provide technical and tax support to team members
  • Guide associates in interpreting IRS transcripts and identifying opportunities
  • Ensure IRS and H&R Block compliance standards
  • Support client escalations and virtual service delivery
