Join a high-velocity team of five as the first business hire. You will maximize Arctal’s revenue loop by owning GTM strategy, sales execution, and AI-agent operations. This is a high-impact role where you'll use advanced AI tools to automate workflows and scale the delivery of structured financial datasets to institutional buyers.

What you will do:
Lead GTM efforts by managing LinkedIn, website content, and events to build a consistent pipeline of asset manager leads.
Execute sales cycles alongside founders, preparing custom demo datasets and high-stakes proposals for financial data firms.
Design and manage internal AI agent workflows to automate research, scheduling, and data delivery bottlenecks.
The ideal candidate:
1–5 years of experience in a fast-growing startup, ideally having touched sales, operations, and marketing simultaneously.
An AI-native operator who uses LLM-based tools and automation as their default mode of working to multiply throughput.
A commercially-minded generalist with a strong bias to action, comfortable navigating the ambiguity of an early-stage venture.
