Technical Expertise: Own complex Google Sheets models (accuracy, scalability, documentation); query large datasets with SQL/Excel/Google Sheets; build automated solutions (Python preferred) for manual processes; design dashboards, reporting, and KPI frameworks
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate business questions into analyses; communicate insights to technical/non-technical audiences; influence decision-making
