As Hesta's first dedicated engineer, you will own and evolve a modern care platform closing the women’s health gap. Working alongside founders from Airbnb and Babylon, you'll ship full-stack features, integrate AI capabilities, and build scalable foundations for pregnancy and postnatal care pathways in a high-autonomy, mission-driven environment.

What you will do:

The ideal candidate:

At least 5+ years of experience in high-impact, early-stage product teams with a pragmatic, builder mindset and the ability to own systems end-to-end.
Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python (FastAPI/Flask) for backend development and React or Next.js for frontend, including cloud deployment experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Product-minded engineer who is AI-curious and understands or is eager to master the constraints of clinical workflows and healthcare data privacy standards.
