Strong understanding of personal lines insurance (policy lifecycle, underwriting, rating) and Guidewire
Solid grasp of REST APIs and Java/Angular application flow
Experience with Dynatrace, ServiceNow, and Splunk for monitoring, log analysis, and dashboards
Experience in managing production incidents and workflows via ServiceNow

• Strong understanding of personal lines insurance(Policy life Cycle, underwriting, rating) and Guidewire • Solid grasp of REST APIs and Java/Angular application flow. • Proven work experience in Dynatrace,Service Now &Splunk for monitoring, log analysis and creating dashboards. • Experience in managing production incidents and workflows via service now • Data driver mindset with focus on KPIs, performance and user experience. • Agile product owner expertise: backlog prioritization, user stories, stakeholder alignment. • Experience with API testing tools(Postman) and understanding on JSON/XML payloads • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, release management and environment strategy. • Strong integration awareness(Third party services, error handling,data mapping) • Ability to drive root cause Analysis(RCA) and balance business value vs technical debt
