Job Title: Estimator

Location: Remote (South Africa) - US Hours - 9am-5pm EST

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare accurate flooring estimates.
Perform digital take-offs and measurements using PlanSwift.
Apply Callidus (Carpet Software) for carpet and flooring-specific estimating.
Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and suppliers to ensure estimates align with project requirements.
Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, including materials, labor, and overhead.
Identify potential risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings.
Maintain organized records of estimates and revisions for future reference.
Provide timely updates and reports to management on bid progress and outcomes.
