Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates

Job Role: Contracts Administrator / Scheduler 

Compensation range: $1,800 AUD - $2,500 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.


Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: We are a multidisciplinary design and construction collective focused on delivering thoughtful, functional, and enduring built environments. The group operates through three specialized divisions, each addressing distinct sectors of the construction and development landscape.

Across all divisions, we maintain a unified commitment to clarity in process, quality in execution, and adaptability in design. Its collaborative structure allows knowledge-sharing between teams, enabling efficient delivery across residential, commercial, and development projects.


Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator / Scheduler to support project delivery by assisting the Project Manager in contract administration and maintaining accurate project schedules.


Key Responsibilities:
Contract Administration Support

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and management of project contracts and documentation
  • Track contractual deliverables, milestones, and obligations
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, variations, and correspondence
  • Support the Project Manager in administering contract terms and conditions
  • Assist with procurement documentation and subcontractor coordination


Project Scheduling

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project
  • Ensure schedules reflect current project status, sequencing, and dependencies
  • Monitor progress against baseline schedules and highlight variances


Weekly Schedule Updates

  • Attend regular team or project meetings to capture updates on progress
  • Revise project timelines weekly based on inputs from project teams
  • Identify delays, risks, and potential impacts on milestones
  • Communicate schedule changes clearly to stakeholders


Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with project managers, site teams, and consultants
  • Prepare basic progress reports and schedule summaries
  • Assist in identifying workflow improvements and planning efficiencies


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in:
    • Contract administration and/or project scheduling
    • Supporting construction or development projects
  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Project (required)
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
