ENTERPRISE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Pay: $35 - 45 / hour
Location:
New York, NY (Onsite preferred; open to remote candidates)
Type: Contract

We’re seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to support onboarding and day-to-day operations for a fast-paced, cross-functional team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can manage multiple workflows at once.


What You’ll Do

  • Support onboarding of new locations, including setup, activation, and internal coordination
  • Create bulk upload sheets, submit work orders in Salesforce, and manage onboarding workflows
  • Manage and track Jira tickets across multiple teams (catalog, integrations, analytics, data engineering)
  • Handle inbound requests related to menu and catalog updates, submitting tickets for resolution
  • Run test orders and troubleshoot operational and technical issues
  • Support reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and ad hoc data requests
  • Assist with accounting and invoicing support for merchants
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency

What You Bring

  • 1–3+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or support roles
  • Experience managing multiple tasks, tickets, or workflows simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

Tools & Systems

  • Jira (required)
  • Salesforce (or similar CRM)
  • Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
