Job Summary The Licensing Assistant supports the Licensing team by maintaining accurate records, assisting with onboarding and compliance activities, and providing day-to-day administrative and operational support. This role analyzes licensing data, prepares leadership reporting and dashboards, and follows up on required actions as applicable.
Prepare and deliver dashboards to include:
Configure and prepare reports as requested
Isolate reports by entity
Create reports and monitor progress of goals
Strategize improvements to reporting techniques
Obtain, maintain, and upload individual and entity licenses as requested by carriers to the appropriate RegEd profiles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date entity license information on the company intranet.
Send welcome communications to new employees confirming active licenses and authorization to sell, service, and solicit in applicable states.
Provide RegEd support, including password resets and pass/fail report monitoring with appropriate follow-up.
Support licensing-related projects, new procedures, and improvements to team processes.
Assist with questions and provide licensing assistance as needed.
